• Staircase Renovation: We replaced the existing staircase with a modern, curved design. This new staircase features sleek black spindles and a dark wood handrail, adding a contemporary touch to the entryway.
• Flooring: The original flooring was replaced with a striking black and white checkerboard tile pattern, enhancing the sophistication of the space.
• Lighting: A dramatic black chandelier was installed to serve as a focal point, providing ample illumination and elegance. A series of hanging pendant lights provide bright, focused illumination.
• Finishing Touches: Comfortable seating and stylish décor were added, creating a welcoming and inviting atmosphere.
• Kitchen Island: The centerpiece of the kitchen is a large, white island with a green lower cabinet. It includes a built-in oven and a pristine white countertop, offering both functionality and style.
• Flooring: Continuing the elegant theme, the kitchen features a black checkerboard pattern floor.
